We consulted in the development of a quick-casual dining concept for AMC Theatres. Developing an innovative, high end and ultra efficient food and beverage service model where food was ordered and delivered to seats within 3-5 minutes after orders were placed.

OUR SCOPE
Creation of a unique dining concept for AMC, including menu/recipe development and overall look and feel.
Touched on the overall guest experience by creating guest facing design and technological elements, including order systems, menus, signage, packaging and service ware.
Design of the kitchen and service areas.
Selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as creation of mechanical/electric/plumbing schedules, cut sheets and smallware packages.
Staff training for front of house and back of house to align with the concept and technology proposed.
